ACES Overseas Partners provide the crucial link between ACES and other countries. ACES Overseas Partners are committed to promoting global understanding through educational and cultural exchange experiences in order to have a better world tomorrow. They represent ACES and its programs in their own countries and play an important role in program administration through recruitment, screening, orientation of program participants from their nation, and communication between ACES and participants and their families. They also administer ACES outbound programs for American participants in their countries
